The Wizard and the Tree
Somewhere, at the edge of Europe there lives a wizard. Chemist by profession, carver by pursuit, he speaks with the trees in the city, gives them new life and shapes. He is creating unique pieces of art from dry and dead tree trunks in the capital of Bulgaria – Sofia. Some of them disappear with the years, melting like an icicle touched by the sun. Those tree trunks that wait to meet master Aleksey’s chisel – they need us. Aleksey's craft needs us – to lend him a thankful hand, to show our respect and gratitude.
